What If You Never Knew You Had This Career-Related Deficiency

Once you finish your education, you are forced to face the job market unless you have affluent parents or decide to start on your own. You feel excited when you read job bulletins proclaiming that there are plenty of jobs. But when you start applying, the jobs seem to evaporate. Even if you succeed in an interview, the remuneration offered may be outrageously lower than what you think you deserve. So, you begin again from Square One. Never forget the fact that employers are not benevolent uncles who will hand over a job to you on a platter. So, you now start wondering what deficiency you have, and why you are not able to land a suitable job. Unless you know it, you cannot succeed in your attempts.

But searching for jobs and sending in your applications are boring tasks. Especially when you come across rejection after rejection, your frustration peaks. So, it's a double whammy: boredom and frustration. You wonder when you will be liberated from the shackles of joblessness. Sometimes, you may want to discuss it with other unemployed people to know how they cope with their frustrations. But you may hesitate because, according to you, it may be voyeuristic if you try to know others' problems. So, you keep quiet.

You may not know that you have this deficiency.

In general, most of the unsuccessful job aspirants may have this particular deficiency, and since you have also not succeeded in your attempts to land a good job, you may have this deficiency as well. Do you want to know what it is? It is best described by the phrase "lack of focus." If you do not make efforts with a focused mind, you may not succeed in any endeavor, not to talk of landing a good job. The problem is that you may not know that lack of focus is the main cause of your continuous failures.

A focused approach will lead you on a path in which you will make all-out efforts to land a good job. If necessary, you may not hesitate to acquire specialized skills that may be required also. Focusing on achieving your aim will make you restless, and so you will constantly be looking for ways to fulfill your career aspirations. On the other hand, if you keep making efforts without a focused mind, you will not only fail in your attempts but will also get frustrated. So, the advice is that if you want to achieve career-related success, you should address this deficiency immediately. Consistent practice alone will help you in this journey.
